Returns / Exchanges

Effective: September 1, 2018


Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase, or 40 days after you enter your order if a tracking number is not available.  

If you are unhappy with your purchased items, let us know by sending an email to Info@NamasteGolden.com and we will arrange with you a return for refund or exchange of your item. If 30 or 40 days have past since your purchase (per the conditions before noted), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items purchased on Sale may be refunded no more than the sale price paid at the time of purchase.

There are some exceptions to this guarantee, return and exchange policy which are listed in the next section below.


Several types of goods cannot be returned for refund or exchange:

  • Gift cards.
  • Free plus shipping promotion items.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Some health and personal care items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids / gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted and / or a restocking fee may apply. These conditions will be determined by the sole discretion of Namaste Golden personnel upon receipt of the item:

  • Book purchased new with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery confirmation or 40 days after order placement if delivery tracking is not available. 


To initiate your return or exchange request, please send an email to Info@NamasteGolden.com so that we can confirm your order. If you can include your order number, we will be able to process your request more quickly.

NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address from which the order originated. You must receive return instructions from Namaste Golden. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or if you will be receiving a partial refund and why.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of our refund notice email.


If you haven’t received a refund you are expecting, first check with your bank, credit card company, PayPal, or other payment method vendor to inquire if they see the refund pending but not yet credited in your account. There is often additional processing time for money moving between financial institutions before a refund is posted to your account.

If it has been 30 days since you received our refund processing email and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@NamasteGolden.com with details so that we can follow up on your behalf.


Items returned for exchange will be inspected upon receipt by Namaste Golden personnel and an exchange value will be assessed in Namaste Golden's sole discretion. An email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your item for exchange and the amount available for an exchange purchase.

If you have requested the same item be shipped for the exchange, although perhaps in a different size or color, etc., the new item will be shipped within 10 days of Namaste Golden receiving your replacement selection request.

You may elect to receive an account credit from Namaste Golden for your exchange. In this case, Namaste Golden will issue you a unique one-time coupon code to use on future purchases for the authorized exchange value.


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the gift recipient, we will create a Customer Account for you and you will receive a special gift credit from Namaste Golden for any returned items. Once the returned item is received, a return credit will be determined based upon our regular return policy above, and a special gift discount code will be issued to you for your next NamasteGolden.com purchase.

If an item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will automatically process a refund to the gift giver's original order payment method.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary from 7 to 21 days after you receive an exchange confirmation email from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for an item being returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of shipping on the original order may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
